We have prepared a wide variety of dishes that make use of autumn's bounty, including representative autumn flavors such as pumpkin, sweet potato, saury, and matsutake mushrooms.In addition to the hotel's signature domestic roast beef, which is carved right before your eyes, we also offer a dish from dining SAKURA, "Daisen chicken and mushroom pie wrapped in porcini mushrooms," exclusively for adult guests, along with a champagne toast.
